Rafy Palmeiro opens his mouth again

Rafael Palmeiro says he was set up on his steroid suspension. Last time he said he wasn’t on steroids, there was a positive test. This may be the first time in a while that he has opened up his mouth, but I want him to shut up. It is nice to see him get in the college baseball hall of fame but did he have to be interviewed?
