Benoit in the middle

Ever since the Chris Benoit death, I have been wondering if they would remove him from the Malcolm in the Middle intro. It has been how many years and they haven’t removed it?
I am just curious if it was ever considered. Maybe one of the reasons was the show was canceled before the death. All the re-runs show it.
